An Austin based residential real estate agent realized the need for a web-based application that facilitated an automated showing feedback system that aided in providing home sellers feedback on the showings that were taking place, and in turn make the Real Estate Agent’s service more automated and more valuable.
This complex application included an automated survey that was emailed to the showing Real Estate Agent to fill out after a showing so that the seller and their agent could not only see the results of each showing, but also gain an comprehensive one of all showings so that feedback trends could be recognized, whether it was price, location, landscaping, layout, etc.
This data, provided in colored, comprehensive feedback graphs, helped the homeowner in making any decisions that pertained to needed improvements on the home, or changes in the price, etc, so that the selling process could be shortened as much as reasonably possible. The outcome was a great concept that became a great web application that was successfully sold to a direct competitor.
