A well-established energy company based out of Houston, Texas wanted to create a network marketing division to help increase number of customers. This project included establishing operations, hiring and training a capable and motivated team, developing a web platform, planning events, and even creating a mobile App for the sales force to use on the go.
A six month engagement to oversee the hiring and training of 20 new staff members, create the positioning of the company, its products, and value propositions. Creation of all collateral, social and print marketing collateral. Implementation of all internal systems, compensation programs, videos, executive tour schedules and promotions, launch event, comprehensive video training series to ensure consistency in messaging in the field, and many other involved deliverables.
The results were overwhelming, with over 1,000 independent marketers paid and enrolled within the first month of launch, and over 2,000 residential energy customers in the same amount of time.
We created an amazing culture within the office and in the field, highly productive and passionate team and the placement of all executives and a successful hand off. A job well done indeed, as the company continues to be a successful leader in its industry.
