Rayner Ranch Golf Club

An opportune acquisition of a public golf course and a contiguous 1,000 acre hill country ranch was made by an Austin investor with the goal of  joining the two properties, increasing the value of the golf operations and flipping the entire project to a developer. Assumed management of all assets, operations and marketing.

Rebuilt golf operations team by placing key management with incentive programs, oversaw capitol investments into 18 hold golf course, and established proper financial forecasting and reporting to owners. Oversaw all marketing efforts for golf operations and real estate development with cohesive branding and marketing materials.Implemented a semi-private membership offering was established to not only maintain relations with long time patrons, but to integrate the real estate offering. Launched a new website with integrated online reservation software. Collective efforts resulting in an increase in rounds by 34% while reducing overhead.

Oversaw the creation of the land plan, the platting of the property, the establishment of a real estate sales operation. The culmination of this strategic execution plan lead to the successful sale of all assets and operations to San Antonio area developers.
